Karwan Development Foundation hosted the Opening Ceremony of the English Access Program (Mandra – Faizabad – Jhelum) on October 20, 2023, at the Best Western Hotel in Islamabad. The event saw the presence of several notable individuals, including Mr. Dennis Yang (The Regional English Language Officer), Mr. Rashid Naqvi (Country Program Director), the President of Anjuman Faiz-ul-Islam, the President of Karwan, the Project Director, the Access Program Team, and a total of 200 Access students.
The Opening Ceremony of the English Access Program (Mandra – Faizabad – Jhelum) was a significant and momentous event that brought together a diverse group of individuals dedicated to promoting English language education and fostering cultural exchange in the region.
